1. Who we are
This website and The DM Close Vault are operated under the Sell with Leverage brand by PBRANDS Sp. z o.o., Aleje Jerozolimskie 89/43, 02-001 Warszawa, Poland (NIP: PL7011258705, KRS: 0001170821, REGON: 541657959). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. is the data controller of the personal data described in this policy. Questions and requests: [email protected].
2. What we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact details — name and email address (checkout, support requests, opt-in forms);
- Order details — what you bought, when, and for how much;
- Anything you include in messages to our support team.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referring source, approximate location (from IP);
- Device data — browser type, operating system, screen size, device identifiers;
- Cookie and pixel data as described in section 4.
Payment data: card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number — we receive only a confirmation of payment, the card brand, and the last four digits.
3. How we collect it
Directly from you (checkout, forms, email, phone) and automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse this website.
4. Cookies, pixels, and analytics
We use:
- Essential cookies — required for the website and checkout to function;
- Analytics tools — to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it;
- Advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel and similar tools from Google or other ad platforms) — to measure the performance of our advertising and reach relevant audiences.
Where required by law, non-essential cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit site functionality.
5. How and why we use your data
- To deliver your purchase — receipts, access details, product updates (performance of a contract);
- To provide support — answering questions, fixing access, processing refunds (performance of a contract / legitimate interests);
- To send marketing email — only with the required consent or as otherwise permitted, always with a working unsubscribe link (consent / legitimate interests);
- To measure and improve — analytics, testing, ad measurement (consent / legitimate interests);
- To meet legal obligations — accounting, tax, and fraud prevention (legal obligation / legitimate interests).
We do not sell your personal data, and we never will.
6. Who we share data with
Only service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that protect your data: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, website hosting and content delivery, analytics, and advertising platforms (for measurement and audience tools). We may also disclose data where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.
8. How long we keep data
Order and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
- Correct inaccurate data and complete incomplete data;
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing (we stop immediately);
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO); or the authority of your own country of residence.
10. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have equivalent rights to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money; to opt out of ad-measurement sharing, use the cookie controls or email us. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. Do Not Track
Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because no common standard for them exists. The cookie controls described above give you the same practical choices.
12. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the entire site, PCI-compliant payment processing, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously.
13. Children
This website and the Products are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Third-party links
This website may link to third-party sites and tools. Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to read their policies.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date; material changes will be communicated more prominently where required.
